Catherine Lee

Catherine has over 20 years of experience in providing forensic investigative and advisory services to clients across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, retail & consumer, and finance institutions in United States, China, and Southeast Asia.

Catherine specialises in providing technology advisory services which includes the acquisition and examination of electronic evidence and the analysis of electronic data for a variety of purposes, including corporate fraud and FCPA investigations, expert analysis and testimony, software license compliance reviews, and litigation support. ​

 

Catherine started her professional career in the Chicago office of Navigant Consulting in 2001, providing litigation support services to US listed and private companies. She then transferred to San Francisco and later joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2004, providing forensic services under the forensic technology team for six years before taking a secondment to the Beijing office of PwC in 2010, where she built up the forensic technology practice in mainland China. Upon her return to Singapore, Catherine joined KordaMentha in 2014 and was a Partner responsible for the Forensics practice in Singapore and Asia-Pacific.
